We, at Bouchonet, offer the perfect blend of craftsmanship and antique wine-related objects, set in custom-made display cases made from French oak barrel staves.

Everything starts with oak staves used during the winemaking process at Napa Valley wineries. Staves are parts of barrels or tanks for ageing wines. Staves can be their natural wood color, showcasing the mature grain of the oak, or can be fire toasted with a dark color.

Originally from French forests, our oak staves are more than one hundred years old. With fine craftsmanship, we turn these used wine staves into bespoke frames for displaying vintage corkscrews and wine objects.

Your vintage or antique treasure is laid on a piece of fabric, secured to the back of the frame. A glass cover is then added. Everything is assembled using brass screws for strength and durability.
